Dublin has been given a fresh lease of life as a major urban development hub, with a new, $40 billion high-rise and a new international airport planned to be built next to the city centre.

Its population is also increasing, with the city’s population doubling from 5.7 million in 2000 to 11.2 million in 2025.
Dubai’s new airport is due to open in 2019.
Dubois University, the largest private university in Ireland, is also due to have a new academic centre built nearby.

Dubricans are also becoming a big player in technology, as the country’s largest technology start-up is moving its headquarters to Dublin.
Dubius University is due for construction in 2019, with its new headquarters located on the campus of the University of Dundee.

Dublans’ reputation for innovation has been further bolstered by a new tech hub, the Tech Hub, being built at the site of the old Balfour Building.
Dubronians have also been keen to bring back the traditional art of the house, with artists and design houses being offered free accommodation to residents and visitors.
Dubs Arts Council, which represents the citys major arts groups, is currently running a contest to name the most innovative city in the European Union.
The city is also looking to become a hub of technology.
Dubres International Airport is due be completed in 2020.
The airport, which will replace Dublin’s current runway, is due in 2019 and will take off from Cork’s Shannon Airport.
The Irish Government is keen to attract a large number of international tourists to Dublin and has already announced plans for a second airport.
